She is Kodaka Hasegawa 's younger sister and is a student in the middle school division of St. Chronica's Academy. She becomes the sixth member of the Neighbor's Club , with Yozora's approval despite her juniority. She is very close to her brother, and behaves in a jealous and clingy way whenever she feels that he is not giving her the attention she deserves, almost to the point where it is obvious that she has a brother complex.

He is the second member and co-founder of the Neighbors' club. He was notorious for being a delinquent and bullying many of his peers. However, such claims are false and the reason why he has such a bad reputation is due to his hair; he is actually a very soft-spoken and polite individual. Kodaka is half-British as evidenced by his dirty-blond hair - his most distinct feature - which he inherited from his late mother.

Kodaka initially didn't know that Yozora was his childhood and very first friend. Although Yozora recognized him immediately when she first saw him entering class late, she did not comment on anything even after being in the same club. Kodaka is always quite shocked to see how Yozora would always make fun of and ridicule people. Nevertheless, both are still quite close due to the past friendship.
